In our application, there is a very useful section called "Statistics."
This section includes four main features: Mileage, Engine Hours, Charts and Export Events, along with information about the number of units and geofences both built and total available
Let's explore each of these features in detail
Mileage and Engine Hours
Monitoring mileage and engine hours helps prevent expensive repairs, saving time and money. It optimizes fleet operations and analyzes machine performance.
The following functions are available for both counter types, which you can configure using the Maintenance tab:
- Sets a limit for the counter. Assign and edit names for each counter. Reset the counter value. Enable or disable notifications when a set limit is reached. Displays counter data on the unit card. Estimates the time when the counter limit will be reached.

In Statistics we can see the distance traveled: total and for a certain time (day, week, month). In the machine hours summary you can find information about machine hours per 1, 7 or 30 days or the entire period (all).

In the Charts section, you can create graphs for selected parameters sent by your device. This helps you view general information about the status of these parameters. The most popular parameter is position.speed, allowing you to view your vehicle's speed history either for a single day or over an interval (up to 7 days). The information that can be displayed depends largely on the model of your GPS tracking device; We can only display the parameters your tracker sends.
Export Event
This feature is often used among small businesses. You can download reports in *xlsx format that cover 1, 7, or 30 days, based on parameters such as events (all or specific), units (all or selected), and summary information (such as trip total, mileage, etc.). The *xlsx format makes it easier to process and analyze information. Next, you can directly download the report or send it to your email address.

Please note, that the "Statistics" and "Maintenance" modules must be enabled in your customer package. "Statistics" is available from the Lite + and Advanced tariffs and "Maintenance" is available on Advanced only.

History Tab: To access it, click on the three vertical dots located in the upper right corner of the unit card, then select "History." Set your desired time period and click the cloud icon. Here, you can save your unit history in formats such as .kml, .gpx, .geojson, .wln, .google, and .xlsx formats (available with Premium subscription).
Timeline Tab: You can export timeline data to .xlsx, .csv, or .pdf format. Simply click on the Timeline tab, select a date, and click the cloud icon located to the right of the date selection.
